A pair fills the gaps
The main points in 30 seconds
A pair covers the court together: your own zone, eyes on the opponents and a shot with a plan.
- Don't rush forward for no reason: cover your zone while your partner covers the other.
- Once you know where the shuttle goes, move watching the opponents, not your partner.
- The front player stays behind the service line except for a push; took it on the side — stay there.
- In attack the racket is always high, in defence lower. Partner stuck at the net — the back player covers the rest.
- Every shot has a plan: hit so the reply comes to where your partner is.
