Returns
You have 14 days from collection to return an item that did not suit you.
What we take back
- An item that has not been used and keeps its original packaging and tags.
- Shoes and apparel tried on indoors, with clean soles and no wear.
- A sealed tube of shuttlecocks.
What we cannot take back
- A racket strung to your request — the string is fitted for you personally.
- An opened tube of shuttlecocks.
How to arrange it
Write to us in any channel below, tell us the order number and what went wrong. We agree the return of the item and send the money back the same way you paid, within 5 business days of receiving it.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for a faulty item — then it is on us.
You can exchange an item for another size or colour within the same 14 days.
