How to enter a tournament
Events, sign-up and entry fee: what to know before a tournament.

Events
There are usually five events: men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and mixed. Amateur events are also split by level, youth events by age (U11, U13, U15 and so on).
Sign-up
You enter a SMASH tournament on this site: “Register” on the tournament page, then sign in with your phone number. You fill in the player form once. Entries close a few days before the start; the date is in the tournament rules.
Entry fee and refunds
The fee is paid by bank transfer to SMASH Georgia; you upload the confirmation in your entry. If the tournament is cancelled, the fee is refunded in full; refunds when a player withdraws follow the rules.
What to bring
A racket, indoor shoes, water and a change of clothes. Match shuttles are usually provided by the organiser, as the rules say.
Questions and answers
Can a beginner enter?
Yes. Amateur events are split by level, so you play opponents of your own level. Children are split by age.
Do I need a partner for doubles?
No. Tick “Looking for a partner” and the organiser will pair you. If you have a partner, invite them with the link in your entry.
What documents do I need?
A passport or an ID card: you enter its number and a photo once, in your player form. Only the tournament's organisers can see the scan.
How do I pay the entry fee?
By bank transfer to SMASH Georgia (from abroad — by SWIFT); you upload the confirmation in your entry. Can't pay by transfer from your bank? Write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram — we'll help.
Is the fee refunded?
In full if the tournament is cancelled. If you withdraw, the tournament's refund rules apply.
