You can play from day one
The shuttle slows down quickly, so even beginners keep rallies going in their very first session. No months of drills before the fun starts.
The whole body works
Sprints, lunges, jumps and changes of direction work legs, core and arms. You set the pace, from calm net play to fast doubles rallies.
The WHO recommends 150–300 minutes of moderate activity a week for adults. Two games of an hour and a half cover it.
At any age
Children, adults and older players often share the same hall. It is easy to pick a load that suits you. If you have health questions, ask your doctor.
A game for company
Two, four or the whole family: all you need is a court and rackets. Doubles is a great way to meet new people.
